We do not collect financial information, government IDs, login credentials, or sensitive personal data.

- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
- To improve service quality using aggregated, anonymized data
We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI Processing
When you submit an address, it is sent to OpenAI's API to generate the analysis. Per OpenAI's Business Terms, API inputs are retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring only and are not used to train their models. Native Wireless retains ownership of all generated output.
The GO/NO-GO recommendation is informational only and does not constitute automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.

7. Your Rights
Under Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA):
- Confirm, access, correct, or delete your data
- Opt out of targeted advertising and data sales (we do neither)
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals
8. Cookies & Analytics
We use only essential session cookies required for the Service to function (CSRF protection, rate limiting). We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymous. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). The report cache is server-side only and not exposed to the internet. We enforce rate limiting and security headers to prevent abuse.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
